Your Aerial Adventure!

At Cloud Nine Aerial Arts we offer DISCOVERY Sessions to new and returning students of all ages and abilities. These no-cost, no-pressure 15 minute sessions are designed to help you plot your course and discover the joy of aerial. Whether you want to soar above adoring audiences, improve your health, or find a fitness that you actually look forward to, our team of instructors are here to help you define and reach your goals. 

Adult Beginner Series
LIFT-OFF!

Beginning adults can join our six week group LIFT OFF Series! These classes are designed to teach all the basics of safe aerial practice and get you ready for Level One!

Classes are offered Thursdays at 8:00 PM or Saturdays at 4:00 PM. If you are interested in joining a series that has already started, contact sara@cloudnineaerialarts.com

Aerial Fitness

Fly into our aerial fitness classes, where students of all levels can elevate their health journey! Experience a fun and exciting alternative to traditional gym workouts that focuses on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Join us to discover the joy of movement in the air and unleash your inner athlete! Let's soar together!

Level 00 is perfect if you are just starting out. These classes are 45 minutes and meant to be challenging but accessible to brand-new students. Class will include a combination of ground based and aerial conditioning supported by a hammock.​

 

Level 01 includes aerial silks and introduces a circuit style workout. This class is perfect for students with some fitness experience who are ready to elevate (get it) their workout. Classes are 60 minutes and include ground based and aerial conditioning.

Level 02 adds bar apparatuses (lyra, trapeze, etc.) to the circuit. This class is perfect for you if you like a challenge, have experience inverting in the air, and want to increase your overall strength, flexibility, and endurance. Classes are 60 minutes and include ground based and aerial conditioning. 

Kids Beginner Series
LIFT-OFF!

This six-week lift-off series is for kids ages 6-10 (negotiable).

 These classes are designed to teach all the basics of safe aerial practice and get you ready for Level One!

Classes are offered Thursday at 5:15. This series will sell out so be sure to enroll early

Drop in Aerial Classes for all Ages

We offer drop in aerial silks and lyra (aerial hoop) classes for beginning students ages six and up. Beginning aerial students are welcome to drop in to schedule these classes one at a time to learn at their own pace and schedule. 

LIFT-OFF!

Offered in one-on-one or group formats, this six-session series is designed to teach new students the fundamentals of safe aerial practice and prepare you for level 1 aerial fitness or aerial dance classes. 

Group Classes

Group classes are a great way to stay motivated and reap all the benefits of being part of our amazing community. We cheer each other on, celebrate our wins, and build long lasting friendships. 

Competitive Aerial

Aerial dance students who are interested in performing or competing locally or nationally may join one of our performance teams. This opportunity is available for all students levels 1+ who meet the committment requirements. 

Personal Coaching

Personalized coaching is our most flexible option and offers a solution your family's busy schedule. With your coach's attention 100% on you, you are guaranteed to reach your goals faster and more directly. This is great for performers as well as those who are looking to gain strength and flexibility in a more private setting. 

Open Practice

For students who want to work out or rehearse between classes we offer open practice  several times per week. These are available to all students level 1+ or those who have completed a LIFT OFF! series.
